Montana Farm – Antoine

Antoine and his workers wanted to extend their thanks to you for your support in the past. They’ve been able to expand production and distribution, moving into the Kesrowan and Maten regions. They also have a new product – Kaskaval, which is in great demand. Their other items – shanklish, double crème cheese, yoghurt, labneh, halloum & akkawi cheeses – are doing well. Demand has increased so much that they’ve started using the floor beneath them for extra space! A wonderful success story stemming from a one-time donation and fulfilling our mission of helping our brethren stay in their homeland! Please continue to keep all in the Middle East, especially Syria and Lebanon, in your prayers! 1/7/25 You remember the incredibly-tasty looking cheese offered by Antoine Khoueiry’s Montana Farm, one of the businesses we supported w/ Giving Tuesday 2yrs ago and has been thriving? Well, they have secured their refrigerated truck but have some funds leftover (praise God) and would like to put the remaining funds towards the required equipment to manufacture Mozzarella cheese, which will enrich their product line. We said yes! Your Giving Tuesday gift just keeps on giving, even 2 yrs later, helping a business continue to grow and thrive in Lebanon where things are so hard! 9/6/23

Back to Lebanon today – and CHEESE (makes you wish you could swing by on your way home to stock up)! Antoine and his Montana Farm, whom you helped get the refrigeration truck, is doing splendidly; they have the following fantastic news to report: – 40% Increase in milk bought for dairy manufacturing – 20% increase in clients served door to door – 4 new restaurants customers – 4 new mini-markets customers – 1 new hotel customer – 1 new major client, a nursing home Notre Dame des Douleurs in Ghadrass – 15% increase in the sales of fruits and vegetables from our garden. We have some good news from a couple of the businesses you have helped in Lebanon where things are very tough. The dairy business outside Beirut of Antoine Khoueiry and his son, with several employees, is doing well, thanks to the dairy truck that last year’s Giving Tuesday bought for them. 12/12/22
