Handcrafts – Sylvia

Today we have a very special business to introduce you to. Sylvia is a widow – her husband died in the horrific wedding fire in Qaraqosh in September ’23. She has one child and they were struggling to survive without her husband’s income. She was given funds to start a lovely little handcrafts business out of her home – and wonderfully, even as her only source of income, she is able to make ends meet. Truly a heartbreaking situation but we are so blessed to be able to help this mother and daughter stay in their home and community, where they belong after such a tragedy. God bless you!
