Have a shiny one for you today! Josephine requested funds to assist with her catering business in Berte Saida in the south of Lebanon, which was taking off after their production of Lebanese mouneh created high demand and expanded their reach beyond their own village. All food is prepared by herself and 5 other women and they strive to help other women that wish to be independent and empowered, while supporting local producers and farmers. They are definitely putting the equipment to good use! We have a special focus on women-run businesses and here are 6 strong women, supporting their families by working hard - and they're able to do so thanks to you!
