CAR WASH, SMALL CAFE AND BILLIARDS ROOM: RAYAN, HORMUZ AND RAYMON
We are back in Iraq, supporting a brand new business in the town of Karamles near Mosul. Karamles, a majority Christian town, was occupied by ISIS from 2014 to 2017. Now, along with several other businesses we support, the Christians who have returned are trying to build a future despite the economic difficulties and the pressure from the Iran-backed Shia militias. At this difficult time, we are happy to help three young friends, Rayan, Hormuz and Raymon, start a car wash and a small cafe and billiards room. Together they support 12 people. Building a future of hope, one family business at a time.
