EGYPT here we come! Thanks to all of you who supported Fr. Ben's 60th bday appeal, we have expanded to Egypt and are proud to show you the very first project has been completed! We are helping several wood workers in Zawaida at the Church of Mary and Pope Cyril. The Zawaida district, in the heart of Alexandria, is one of the poorest places in Alexandria. In this slum with a Muslim majority, the Copts represent only 5% of the population, and gather in the one and only church located there. We helped them purchase a CNC machine and other necessary equipment. Our inaugural project in Egypt has taken flight and YOU are the reason why. Thank you again for your continued support (and Fr. Ben is settling into 60yrs nicely)!
