They have purchased the mixer and it has opened up a whole new world of possibilities!  It prepares 3x as much dough as the old one and at a higher quality.  They save time while also being able to meet the higher demand for their products. Jean sends this to our supporters:

We always thank you but today, you get to hear it directly from Rita Maalouf, who's brother and nephew are able to purchase a much needed industrial kneading machine for their bakery business, Quick Sweet, located in Dbayeh, Lebanon.  Rita says, "Thank you so much, I thank you; you are truly a support to us, thanks a lot," while Ranya, our wonderful coordinator for our Lebanese projects, wishes her congratulations in Arabic ("Mabrouk"). Rita's gratitude is palpable and so honest - you are truly contributing to something beautiful each time you offer up a prayer or make a donation.
