Was a huge joy for Fr. Ben to visit the tomb of holy martyr Bishop Paulos Raho at St. Paul’s Church in Mosul - Bishop Raho was abducted and killed by Al Qaeda in 2008, a year after his priest Fr. Ragheed was martyred - the martyrdom of Iraqi Christians was long before ISIS. After visiting Bp. Raho’s tomb, Fr. Ben and Yohnna met Fr. Basman (in the middle with Yohanna on the left), who ministered in Mosul throughout the terrible years of Al Qaeda persecution until ISIS. He recovered the body of Bp. Raho - a very brave priest indeed.
