More help to Damascus

During these days of Holy Week, it is good to have more news of the help generous donors to Nasarean are providing, keeping Christian families in their homelands, especially in places that have suffered the horrors of war and persecution. This week we were able to send help through our Melkite friends to support two family businesses  in Damascus, Syria. The situation is very dire, with little fuel, medicine and little food. But running a business gives a family hope! We are supporting Mary Qassamani, a widow with four daughters, start a small shop with cleaning supplies. Also we are supporting Fahad Shadi start a small furniture shop. Hope for the future, one small family business at a time! Stay tuned for news of two new businesses in Lebanon!
