As we live through the great “Fifty Days” of the Easter Season, we are filled with joy and hope. We sing alleluia constantly as an act of praise. Yet, so often, like the two disciples on the road to Emmaus, we fail to recognise Jesus, especially in His greatest gift, the holy Eucharist. Are we, as He said, “foolish and slow to believe?”
