Pentecost Sunday, often called the “birth of the Church” is not an end, but a beginning. Unlike some believers Paul encounters, who have “never heard of the Holy Spirit,” we have been empowered to heal and strengthen others with what we have received. Our light is only reflected light; it is His light we must reflect and shine on those we meet.
