Candy shop in Karamles

We are happy to tell you of another successful family business set up in Iraq through your support. George Kikhwa has established a sweet/candy store in the small town of Karamles, Iraq. Karamles was occupied by ISIS and all the Christian families driven out. It is not far from Mosul. Fr. Ben visited it for the first time in 2017 not longer after ISIS had been removed. Many houses were destroyed and the Churches burned and desecrated. There are still only a few businesses there, so this new store is a great boost to the town. Along with the carpenter's business, this is the second family business Nasarean has helped through Project Jonah - giving life and hope! Thank you for your support!
